Refund Policy

At CRCL, we strive to deliver excellent results by collaborating closely with our clients to achieve their goals. However, we recognize that certain situations may warrant a refund request.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds may be issued if the client cancels before services have commenced.
  • Once work has begun — such as account setup, campaign planning, or other preparatory tasks — refunds are generally not provided due to the resources and time invested.
  • Services are deemed fully delivered once the objectives outlined in the contract are met, which may include the passage of time during which CRCL actively managed the client's account.

Refund Request Process:

  • To request a refund, email hello@crcl.agency with details of the request.
  • Refund requests will be assessed individually, taking into account the terms of the contract and the work progress.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method.

These policies are designed to ensure transparency and fairness. Specific terms and conditions will be detailed in each contract and agreed upon prior to the start of services.
